Dominique Fishback wants people to Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is as much about people as it is about Autobots and Maximals; says, “The way I see it, this is a movie about humanity”

When you think of Transformers, you think snazzy cars, autobots, and cyborgs! But as we inch towards the release of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, the seventh film in the action franchise, Dominique Fishback tells us what she really thinks the franchise stands for. We hear one of Fishback’s goals in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was to show the audience, once and for all, that the series is every bit as much about people as it is about Autobots and Maximals.

Talking about the latest film in the franchise, Dominique Fishback said, “Some fans just love the robots and they don’t care about the human characters as much, so I told Steven that I wanted to prove why the humans are important. Because the way I see it, this is really a movie about humanity. It’s about heart and feelings.”

Returning with the action and spectacle that’s captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new faction of Transformers – the Maximals – joining them as allies in the epic battle for earth.

Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres June 9, 2023, in English, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu in 2D, 3D, 4D and IMAX.
