Jin of BTS is set to embark on his first-ever solo tour, titled ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR’, which will take him to nine cities across Asia, the United States, and Europe over the span of 18 shows. The announcement was made via Weverse, generating major buzz among fans worldwide.
The tour will begin in South Korea with a two-night opener on June 28 and 29 at the Goyang Auxiliary Stadium. These performances will also be livestreamed globally through Weverse, allowing fans around the world to tune in virtually. Jin will then travel to Japan, where he is scheduled to perform in Chiba on July 5 and 6, followed by two shows in Osaka on July 12 and 13 at the Kyocera Dome.
From Asia, the tour moves westward, kicking off its North American leg in Anaheim, California on July 17 and 18 at the Honda Center. The U.S. tour will continue through Dallas on July 22 and 23, then Tampa on July 26 and 27, and Newark on July 30 and 31. Following that, Jin will head to Europe for two performances in London at The O2 Arena on August 5 and 6, wrapping up the tour in Amsterdam on August 9 and 10 at the Ziggo Dome.
The tour’s title, ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,’ is inspired by his variety series Run Jin, featured on BTS’s official YouTube channel. As the series comes to a close, Jin expressed a desire to stay connected with fans — or ARMY — by meeting them in person through live performances.
In addition to the tour, Jin also announced the release of his second solo album ‘Echo’, which is slated to drop on May 16. The album is described as a reflection on everyday emotions and life experiences. It follows his 2024 solo debut ‘Happy’, which featured the chart-topping single ‘Running Wild’, a song that hit No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs Chart in over 70 regions including Brazil and New Zealand.
Pre-sale and ticketing details for the U.S. and European shows are expected to be released on April 22 (ET), giving fans just a short wait before they can secure a spot to see Jin live on his landmark solo tour.
