Global popstar LISA, known for her rapping, singing, dancing, and trendsetting style as part of the record-breaking K-pop group BLACKPINK, strikes out on her own with the release of her new single 'ROCKSTAR' today, June 28, 2024.

This marks a significant moment for LISA (Lalisa Manobal) as the song is her first solo single under a brand new partnership. She recently joined forces with her own management company, LLOUD CO., and RCA Records. LLOUD CO. was founded by LISA herself earlier this year, giving her a platform to fully express her creative vision and push boundaries in the music and entertainment industry.

The excitement surrounding the song has been building for weeks. LISA first teased the new song on social media through her newly launched TikTok account, which shattered a Guinness World Record by gaining an incredible 1 million followers in just 2 hours and 18 minutes.

With 'ROCKSTAR', LISA wastes no time establishing herself as a music powerhouse in her own right. The upbeat track, produced by Ryan Tedder and Sam Homaee, is her first solo release outside of BLACKPINK since her participation in the 2021 hit 'SG' alongside Ozuna, DJ Snake, and Megan Thee Stallion.
