International pop sensation Ed Sheeran has brought his signature charm and musical talents to Mumbai ahead of his concert this weekend. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, currently on his +–=÷× Tour (Mathematics), arrived in India on Tuesday and interacted with children ahead of his highly anticipated concert in the city. Following this, he grabbed a quick dinner and attended a welcome party which saw the presence of Indian celebrities.

Currently in Mumbai, India for his upcoming concert at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is making the most of his time experiencing the city in its every mood and flavour. Interestingly, showing him around is none other than the very suave and talented singer-songwriter Armaan Malik, who has earlier collaborated with Ed Sheeran on a song called ‘2step’. The collaboration turned out to be a massive global hit and continues to trend.

Being a wonderful host to the international singer, Armaan Malik stepped out for a fun dinner with Ed Sheeran last night, where the two were seen shaking a leg to Malik’s viral hit song ‘Butta Bomma’ from the Telugu movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Sharing a glimpse of last night on his social media handle, Armaan Malik wrote, “Favourite person in my city.”

In another Instagram video, Sheeran shared his excitement about visiting Mumbai, stating, "So, just arrived in Mumbai, India. We are going to be visiting some schools today, playing some songs. I also heard that the kids have something to play for me as well."

Dressed casually in a plain white tee and shorts, Sheeran exuded warmth and enthusiasm as he interacted with the students. Inside the classrooms, the atmosphere was electric as he engaged with the children, playing games and sharing musical performances. Reflecting on the experience, Sheeran expressed his delight, writing, "Visited a school in Mumbai this morning and swapped performances with the kids, so much fun. Great being back in India too!"

Sheeran's Mumbai concert, scheduled for March 16 at the Mahalaxmi Race Course Grounds marks his return to the Indian stage after his last performance in 2017. Ahead of his set, Indian singer Prateek Kuhad is set to serenade the crowd followed by an opening act Calum Scott.
