Ed Sheeran delights children and sings songs in Mumbai as he arrives in India for his concert, watch

International pop sensation Ed Sheeran brought his signature charm and musical talents to a Mumbai school on Tuesday, much to the delight of students and fans alike. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, currently on his +–=÷× Tour (Mathematics), arrived in India on Tuesday and interacted with children ahead of his highly anticipated concert in the city.

In an Instagram video, Sheeran shared his excitement about visiting Mumbai, stating, "So, just arrived in Mumbai, India. We are going to be visiting some schools today, playing some songs. I also heard that the kids have something to play for me as well."

Dressed casually in a plain white tee and shorts, Sheeran exuded warmth and enthusiasm as he interacted with the students. Inside the classrooms, the atmosphere was electric as he engaged with the children, playing games and sharing musical performances. With his guitar, the ‘Shape of You’ hitmaker even jammed with the students, spreading joy and creating unforgettable memories.

Reflecting on the experience, Sheeran expressed his delight, writing, "Visited a school in Mumbai this morning and swapped performances with the kids, so much fun. Great being back in India too!"

Sheeran's Mumbai concert, scheduled for March 16 at the Mahalaxmi Race Course Grounds, marks his return to the Indian stage after his last performance in 2017. Ahead of his set, Indian singer Prateek Kuhad is set to serenade the crowd followed by an opening act Calum Scott.
