“Whatever you think is a bad thing, it exists. Get over it,” says Sushmita Sen : Bollywood News

Aarya actress Sushmita Sen, who made her comeback with the OTT show in 2020, was last seen in the series’ second season that aired in December 2021. Recently, Sen was in conversation with Twinkle Khanna. In the interview for Tweak India's The Icons, Sushmita opened up on various topics ranging from her winning the Miss India and Miss Universe titles, to becoming a mother, to speaking her mind and of course to talking about the men in her life.

Sharing words of wisdom and grace while explaining her point of view Sushmita adds, “Khud ko khoya toh kya paaya? That's been my standard belief in life that if you lose yourself, then you want nothing. So who was me? Me was a person who wanted to just be honest and speak my mind. And yes, learn how to speak it gracefully. You can say things very crassly also, and unfortunately, when you do that, your point is lost. Be that plastic surgery, be that men in my life, be that relationships, be that a married man, be that whatever you think is a bad thing, it exists. Get over it. You know, just because you think is not good. And it's so such a social evil and blah, blah, blah. Tumhara dimag chhota hai, tumhara dil bhi chhota hai, samne wala insaan bhi chhota hai. Tumhe kya lagta hai humne koi galtiyaan nahi kiya hai iss life mein? I don't carry guilt about them, because I never bullsh**ed about them.”

Apart from this, during the course of the conversation, Sushmita Sen also spoke about making the transition from modelling to acting, her interaction with maverick director Mahesh Bhatt and why she considers him a fabulous director.
