Vivek Oberoi gave a glimpse of his home which is outlined as a Goan farmhouse with a cow as a pet and over a century old bed. The house is perfectly blended with modern-day aesthetics and eccentric glamour.

In the latest episode of Urban Company Reels to Rooms, the actor gave a bewildering tour of his house which according to him is a backscatter of his life with his wife Priyanka Alva.

Vivek starts the tour by first introducing his pet cow, Kamashenu expressing how the addition of the cow gives a village beauty. He said, “This is more her house than mine. The aroma of a cowshed gives you a feel that within this city, you are living in your own little village.”

His residence comes along with furniture made of wood, chandeliers and a fresh touch of greenery. “The idea was that this home should come from me and Priyanka, and what it represents is our life. When we bought this house, we wanted it to reflect Goa. Everything that you see outside, inside is the essence of a farmhouse,” he said sharing the idea behind the interior.

While giving a tour of his bedroom and living room Vivek showed off his antique collection which he collected from across of the globe. “This bed has been in Priyanka’s family for half-a-century and maybe even longer than that. So, I love it because my earliest memory as a 4-year-old is sleeping in a bed like this and feeling cozy and secure while listening to stories from my dadi,” he exclaimed while showing the antique bed in his bedroom which comes from Priyanka’s ancestors.

He admitted his liking towards rustic imperfections such as exposed pipes and a tap, as he followed into the backyard. We can see the outdoor and the indoor world perfectly mixed together as he showed the house’s expansive windows which was framed by tall, lush trees.

“We like this quirkiness and madness,” he ended the tour in his backyard by enhancing on the fact that these imperfect perfections is what makes him embrace the house and embrace it as his home.

The actor was last seen in the series Indian Police Force and is very well known for his role in Omkara.
