Being one of the most hush-hush weddings among popular celebrities, not much was known about Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif before the two of them tied the knot in 2021 in Rajasthan. VicKat fans are eager to know more about the celebrity couple and their domestic life and recently while promoting his film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke which revolves around marriage, Vicky opened up about on how he is spending his married life with the ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ actress.

Vicky Kaushal reveals how he enjoys budget meetings held by Katrina Kaif at home with ‘popcorn’

In an interview with News Tak, Vicky Kaushal gave VicKat fans a glimpse into how finances work with him and Katrina Kaif as a couple along with stating that the actress is the financial minister of the house who often holds budget meetings and how he finds them entertaining. He said, “The most fun experience is when she (Katrina) holds a meeting in the house every week, or every other week. She gets the entire staff together and discusses the budget of the house. She takes account of how the money is being spent, the expenses and it’s a great thing. But when that discussion happens, I enjoy it. I’m an audience and I sit with popcorn.”

The actor also opened up about who is a spend thrift among the two and maintained how Katrina would buy things she loves but would often point out on the budget when he is keen on buying something for himself. He added, “It depends on what we are buying and who is more interested in that. If we are buying something that I am more interested in, then she says that we should stick to the budget. If it is something she is interested in, then I say ‘why so much…’ and then she says, ‘No no, I am fond of this’.”

Vicky Kaushal’s recent release Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, co-starring Sara Ali Khan features them as a married couple from a middle-class household living in a joint family who come up with a unique solution to resolve their issues. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film released on June 2.
