It is known that Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is a huge fan of Dwayne Johnson since his WWE days when he wrestled under the name ‘The Rock’. The actor has time and again shown his interest in meeting him some day after several interactions on Twitter. His latest conversation with Dwayne on social media about Black Adam is creating quite a buzz.

Dwayne Johnson thanked the fans of India as the advance bookings for the film began. “Thank you INDIA. Responding to the tweet, Varun said, “Let’s goo…finally gonna get to see my hero back on big screen @TheRock #BlackAdam.”

Dwayne was quick to respond to Varun, as he is aware the Bhediya actor is a big fan, and said, “Thank you my brotha! Can’t wait for you to see the film. 15 long years of fighting to get this made. Well worth the wait. Let me know what you think and keep kickin ass.”

Dwayne Johnson stars in the action-adventure Black Adam. The first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC Super Hero comes to the big screen under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra. Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the Egyptian gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

Dwayne Johnson stars alongside Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Mo Amer, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate.

The film is directed by Collet-Serra, from a screenplay written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, based on characters from DC, based on characters created by Bill Parker and C.C. Beck. The film’s producers are Beau Flynn, Dwayne Johnson, Hiram Garcia and Dany Garcia, with Walter Hamada, Adam Schlagman, Richard Brener, Dave Neustadter, Chris Pan, Eric McLeod, Geoff Johns and Scott Sheldon executive producing.

Black Adam is directed by Jaume Collett-Serra. The film is set to be released in theaters on October 21 in English, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu.
