In a recent turn of events, Uorfi Javed took to her Instagram Stories to express her disapproval of Raj Kundra's comments about her attire during his debut stand-up comedy performance. The incident unfolded when Raj Kundra made a jesting reference to his infamous involvement in a pornography case, including Uorfi in his punchline.
During his masked appearance on stage, Raj Kundra humorously remarked, "Agar mujhe kisi ne pyaar kia hai na pichle 2 saal mein, toh woh hai paparazzi. Kyuki 2 hi toh inke star hai, ek main aur ek Uorfi Javed. Or Media yahi dekhti hai ke Raj Kundra kya pehenega aur Uorfi Javed kya nahi pehengi" (the only one who has loved me in the last two years is paparazzi. They only have two stars, me and Uorfi Javed. Media wants to know what can I wear more and what Uorfi cannot wear anymore).
In response, Uorfi Javed reshared the video on her Instagram, branding Raj as the 'porn king' and stating, "Dosro ko nanga kar ke paise kamane waale ab meri kapdo pe comment karenge" (the one who is earning from cheap means is now commenting on my clothes). She concluded her retort with a nonchalant "Sorry not sorry porn king." As of now, Raj Kundra has yet to respond to her remarks.
This incident marked Raj Kundra's maiden venture into the world of stand-up comedy, where he introduced himself as, "Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Raj Kundra, also known as ‘mask man,’ also known as Shilpa ka pati, and also known as ‘sasta Kanye West.’" During his performance, Raj humorously shared details about his early life, including driving taxis in London at the age of 18 and establishing a shawl empire by the time he was 21. He emphasized his lifelong interest in clothing people, rather than undressing them.
