Her popularity, which is also quite visible on social media, has made her a popular face for brands and she was recently seen shooting for one such brand campaign with husband Akshay Kumar. The actress turned author shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video of them shooting for a construction and real estate brand and also revealed the secret behind a happy and long-lasting marriage in her post.

In a video posted by Twinkle Khanna on her Instagram page, she is seen enjoying a fun tea session with hubby Akshay Kumar and the chai-pe-charcha moment also showcases a heartfelt yet funny banter between the couple, amid nature. Sharing the video on the social media platform, Mrs. Funnybones captioned it by drawing comparisons of the moment to her real-life tea-time conversations with her husband, saying, “Behind the scenes and we are smiling a bit more in front of the cameras than we would if we were just having tea together:)”. She went on to further talk about marriage saying, “I think love makes for a great canape but friendship is the main course that keeps you going. Agree? Disagree?”

While many fans responded and agreed with her post of requiring friendship in marriage, a few others couldn’t stop gushing about the couple’s chemistry. “You both seem to be poles apart but are such a power couple together..such a lovely bond,” commented one of their fans. Yet another one added, “My favourites.. FOREVER”. A user couldn’t stop swooning over their romance as he added, “Friendship? You both look like a young couple who have just started to love each other.” Whereas, another one said, “Waaow inhe kabhi kisi ki nazar na lage (hope they are protected from the evil eye).”

On the work front, Akshay Kumar will soon be seen in the remake of the Tamil film Soorarai Pottru. The actor will also be seen as the lead in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, co-starring Tiger Shroff and Sonakshi Sinha.
