Udaariyaan star Twinkle Arora aka Nehmat, who is much loved by her fans for her role in the Colors show, has made her way in people’s hearts on screen with her power packed performance. Her chemistry with Ekam (Hitesh Bhardwaj), Harleen (Isha Malviya), and the latest entry Sartaj (Vivian Dsena) is much loved by all. Recently, Twinkle recalled the time when she was struggling and about how she faced rejection before bagging this popular series.

With gaining stardom within such a short time when asked about her success Twinkle Arora reminisced about those initial days and said, “Frankly I never thought that I will be loved to this level. When I got Nehmat I knew that the character herself is so strong and powerful that I myself I will get to learn a lot from it and people too will appreciate it but this level of love was frankly not expected and it’s overwhelming.”

Twinkle continued adding, “There is competition everywhere you go but it’s up to you to get affected by it or not. Yes, when I had just started my career at that time, I use to have this sinking feeling when I use to face rejection and when I use to get criticised as well but as you grow professionally, I think you also grow personally. I don’t think anyone as my competitor. I think I’m doing my job well and getting insecure about what others do only spoils your own work so why peep into others job and might as well continue doing you own.”

Speaking of her show Udaariyaan, the show currently features Nehmat aka Twinkle facing repercussions of leaving Ekam at the altar after her aunt Jasmine (Isha Malviya) blackmails her. The show also saw the entry of Sartaj, who seems to be the new love interest in the life of Nehmat. Udaariyan, which is shot extensively in Chandigarh, airs on Colors from Monday to Sunday at 7pm.
