Tiger Shroff opens up about his prep for Rambo; says, “I am learning how to use a bow and arrow”

Tiger Shroff revealed about kick starting his ambitious film Rambo, which is expected to be a trilogy produced by Siddharth Anand.

Tiger Shroff is expected to have an interesting year to look forward to. The actor, who is gearing up for the release of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, also has Singham Again in the pipeline and along with that, we hear that the actor is ready to kick start Rambo, his ambitious action-packed entertainer which will be produced by Siddharth Anand and directed by Rohit Dhawan. In a recent interview, Shroff revealed about the projects he is looking forward to in 2024 and also mentioned about kick starting prep for this action franchise which will feature him as the lead.

In an interview with Hello! India, Tiger Shroff opened up about undergoing extensive training for Rambo which is expected to feature intense, high-octane sequences. In fact, the actor revealed that he is learning even how to use a bow and arrow for the film. "Physically, it requires me to be a lot bigger than I am, bulk up quite a bit. I am learning how to use a bow and arrow because that was Rambo's iconic weapon and also doing a lot of readings with my producer and director, Siddharth Anand. There is a lot of pressure," Tiger told the magazine. He also went on to describe about how it is a classic film. "A cult movie worldwide, it is the father of all action films."

Apart from this, Tiger also expressed his happiness of collaborating with Jackky Bhagnani, Akshay Kumar, and the rest of the team for the actioner Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which will feature the actor in the role of an agent. “I will credit my producer Jackky Bhagnani for this project. I am very excited and a big fan of Akshay sir. His energy is unmatchable even while shooting the hardest sequences. We were playing games and training together, in between shots. He's the one who started the martial arts trend in the industry and I'm following in his footsteps," he shared.

Apart from these two films, Tiger Shroff will also be introduced in Rohit Shetty’s copverse wherein he will be essaying the role of ACP Satya this year. His character will be introduced in Singham Again that is slated to release in August 2024 along with Shakti Shetty, played by Deepika Padukone. The film stars Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan in leading roles along with pivotal appearances from Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh.
