He acts, dances, and works out like a superhuman. He recently posted another video of his workout on Instagram and it is just as astonishing as his previous ones. The challenge #NonStop30 is doing rounds on the internet and it is where you perform a workout for 30 seconds without a break.

It may not seem a lot, but when you’re up for it, I’m sure most of us are going to need a new set of lungs. Tiger Shroff took up this challenge with ease and punched a punching bag for 30 seconds at a really high pace and we’re just shocked at the fact that he did not slow down once. He captioned the video as, “Not exactly floating like a butterfly or stingin like a bee...but I tried. Here’s my 30 sec challenge! #NonStop30 @mfn_mma”

On the work front, Tiger will soon start promoting his upcoming film Student Of The Year 2 with Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria. The movie is a sequel of Student Of The Year and the makers released ‘The Jawaani Song’ which is a remake of the classic track ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’. He will also be seen starring with Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor in an untitled film. The film will have a dance-off between the two lead actors and we’re too excited about it.
