Raveena Tandon was the star of the 90s dominating several hit films during the period. The actress made her debut with the film Patthar Ke Phool in the year 1991. The actress has completed almost 30 years in the industry and continues to shine.

Today, the actress went down the memory lane and shared a throwback picture reviving her first day on a film set. The actress took to Instagram to share a candid shot of herself from the first photoshoot of Patthar Ke Phool. In the picture, Tandon is seen with her head wrapped in an orange dupatta and has an intense gaze. Sharing the picture, she wrote, “#throwback1990 the first-ever photoshoot on sets of pathar ke phool .Clicked by the film still Photographer #Das . This was a candid picture , clicked after a shot was given , the director Anant Balani likes it so much that it was used in the photo sets and posters .Still have this Picture hanging in my office signed by Dasji the photographer."

The film directed by Anant Balani and written by Salim Khan also starred Salman Khan in the lead. Salman Khan played a police officer who falls in love with Raveena Tandon’s character, only to later realise that she is the daughter of an underworld kingpin.

Raveena Tandon won the Filmfare award for the best debut actress. From there on the actress went on to feature in films like Pehla Nasha, Andaz Apna Apna, Mohra, Aunty No 1 and Dulhe Raja among several others.
