A throwback picture of Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar having some fun at the sets of 1997 film, Dil To Pagal Hai are going viral on the internet. It shows Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan playing cricket in free time. The picture was shared on Reddit.

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are the top actors of Bollywood since couple of decades. However, the two have shared screen space in a movie only once in 1997 hit Dil To Pagal Hai. The film was directed by Yash Chopra and also featured Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor in it. Now a throwback picture of Shah Rukh and Akshay playing cricket on the sets of the film is doing rounds on internet and their fans can’t stop but adore it.

The picture was reportedly shared on Reddit. In the photo, Akshay is seen wielding the bat and Shah Rukh playing as the wicketkeeper. Akshay is seen in a formal look, i.e., white shirt and beige pants with black shoes and his old hairstyle, while Shah Rukh is seen in an informal look, i.e., black shirt and denims.

Both these actors have huge fan base. As soon as the picture went viral, their fans started pouring their love for the actors. Reacted to the picture, a user said, “Good to see SRK letting Akshay bat”, while the other added, “Kabhi kabhi jeetne ke liye kuch haarna padta hai….aur haar kar jeetne wale ko baazigar kehte hain!”. A Shah Rukh fan also said, “SRK's a keeper”.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is all set for his upcoming film Pathaan, starring alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He will be returning to the silver screen after four years. The film is slated to hit the theatres on January 25, this year. He also has Jawan and Dunki in his 2023 pipeline.

Akshay Kumar on the other hand has five films lined up for release this year. He will be seen with Emraan Hashmi in Selfiee and has the role of Lord Shiva in OMG 2. He also has Soorarai Pottru remake and a Marathi film in which he plays the role of Shivaji.
