Her production endeavour, Dhak Dhak, featuring Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi, premiered last year, garnering immense appreciation from audiences, fans, and critics alike. The film has earned a nomination at this year's esteemed Filmfare Awards.

Reflecting on the achievement, Taapsee Pannu says, “It’s very heartening to see our small film stand its ground amongst the big blockbusters of the year. Directed by Tarun Dudeja, Dhak Dhak was released on October 13, 2023. The movie's popularity was so pronounced that it trended on Netflix continuously since its release on the OTT platform.

Coming to Pannu, besides her production venture, she also made headlines for her recent release, Dunki. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani and starring Shah Rukh Khan, the film was released on December 21, 2023. Besides Shah Rukh, the film also features Anil Grover and Vikram Kocchar along with Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal in special roles.

Taapsee will be next seen in the sequel of Netflix's original film Hasseen Dilruba.
