Actress Sushmita Sen is one of those B-Town celebs who often showers love on her family members through adorable social media posts. As December 19 marked the birthday of her dad Shubeer Sen, the actress did not miss the opportunity and shared a heartwarming post for him along with a few throwback pictures of him with her.

While the first photo in the multiple-picture post is a portrait of Subeer Sen, in the rest of the shots, he can be seen posing for family pictures with his wife Shubra sen, daughter Sushmita, and granddaughters Renee and Alishah Sen. “Love, kindness, courage & empathy…the four chambers of a balanced heart,” wrote the actress in her caption.

Reacting to the post, TV actress Charu Asopa, who is married to Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen, commented, “Happy bday to the most amazing person I know. I wish every girl gets a father-in-law like him. #worldsbestfatherinlaw / love you baba you are the best.” Meanwhile, many from Sushmita’s Insta fam took over the comments section with birthday wishes for her father.

Coming to the professional front, the 47-year-old actress was last seen in the second instalment of her popular web series Aarya. She will nest be seen in Taali, an autobiography of Gauri Sawant, a transgender rights activist. Bollywood Hungama was the first one to confirm the news of Sushmita signing Taali.

The upcoming project will be helmed by Marathi director Ravi Jadhav. The six-episode drama is said to shed some light on several aspects of Sawant’s life, the challenges, the journey, and her relationship with her daughter Gayatri.
