Suniel Shetty collaborated with the Indian Cancer Society and persuaded a fan who is also a cancer survivor to continue with her regular check-ups. The actor called up his fan and made her understand the need to continue her regular check ups despite the pandemic causing a hindrance to normal life.
In the video shared by Suniel Shetty on his Instagram handle, he is seen talking to a fan on call. The call begins with the actor trying to convince a lady that he is Suniel Shetty and then goes to try to convince her to take care of her health. The Hera Pheri actor asked her to continue her cancer treatment despite the pandemic situation. The fan finally agrees and promises to continue to get her treatment done and fight the deadly disease.
Sharing the video, Suniel wrote "New Normal Same Cancer Got a lovely opportunity to collaborate with the @indiancancersociety and persuaded a cancer survivor fan to continue her regular check-ups."

The Indian Cancer Society was founded in 1951 as India's first voluntary, non-profit, National Organisation for Awareness, Detection, Cure and Survivorship of those affected with this disease. It ia a beacon of hope for thousands of underprivileged cancer patients.
