Sudha Murty, an author and philanthropist, made an appearance on a recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show. While talking with the comedian, she expressed admiration for Salman Khan and elaborated on why she believed he was the ideal choice for the role in the 2015 film Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

A video clip from The Kapil Sharma Show episode featuring Murty has been widely shared online, where she can be heard stating that only Salman Khan possessed the necessary “childlike innocence” to portray the character in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The clip has gained significant attention and is going viral.

Talking about Salman Khan, Sudha said, “When I saw Bajrangi Bhaijaan, I said the innocence of a child, only Salman Khan can bring it on the screen. He is fit to do Bajrangi Bhaijaan. I enjoy movies.”

Salman’s Khan’s fans expressed their happiness in the comments section. Reacting to the clip, a fan commented, “True, he nailed it in the film,” while another user wrote, “Praise for Salman for his act in Bajrangi Bhaijaan from #SudhaMurthy Chairperson, Cofounder of Infosys, mother in law of the PM of Britain #RishiSunak is a big deal… Salman and his legacy is Unmatchable!”

Released in 2015, Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a film directed by Kabir Khan. The movie featured Salman Khan in the lead role, alongside Kareena Kapoor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Harshaali Malhotra.

Coming to the professional front, the 57-year-old star was last seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which was released recently on the occasion of Eid 2023. Helmed by Farhad Samji, it also starred Pooja Hegde along with Jassie Gill, Palak Tiwari, Raghav Juyal, Shehnaaz Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Vinali Bhatnagar. He will be next seen in Tiger VS Pathaan.
