Last seen in The Zoya Factor alongside Dulquer Salmaan in 2019, it seems that the new-mother is eager to return to work and has already kicked off her fitness journey. Giving a glimpse to her followers on social media, Sonam recently posted a video that talks about her getting back into shape. She also thanked her team for supporting her this special post.

Although we haven’t seen much of Sonam Kapoor on-screen of late, the actress has remained quite active on social media. From sharing photos during her pregnancy to announcing the birth of her first child to naming him Vayu, the actress and her husband Anand Ahuja have been sharing several sneak peeks of the important moments from their life. In a recent video shared by the actress, she talked about Working Life of a Mom, the cycle of meeting, feed, eat, feed, sleep, and how she feels tired too much. She also revealed about how Anand also made his special electrolyte solution, showcasing his support in her fitness journey.

Posting it on Instagram, Sonam also thanked her Nutrionist and Pilates master Radhika Karle for her help in bringing her back to shape. “Let’s Begin! #keepitrealwithSonam. thank you @radhikasbalancedbody for taking me through my pregnancy and now helping my postnatal journey. @gentlebirthmethod and you have been instrumental in keeping me fit throughout. @pranavgoswamy”

Sonam Kapoor tied the knot in 2018 with businessman Anand Ahuja. The actress is yet to announce her forthcoming Bollywood projects and her last public appearance on the screen was on the chat show Koffee With Karan Season 7. She appeared on this Karan Johar hosted show alongside her cousin Arjun Kapoor for the Raksha Bandhan special.
