Sonam and Deepika receive the Kapoor ire

in this season that's out and it's ruffled a few feathers more than necessary. The third episode that featured Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has

been taking a lot of space in the media because it had a lot of tongue in cheek remarks and lot of revelations, the kind that didn't go down well with the

legendary Kapoor family.

It so happened that Deepika and Sonam who were related to Ranbir Kapoor at one point of time took a lot of pot shots at him through the show. Sonam, who has

been Ranbir's childhood friend, and has also done her debut film with him in Sanjay Leela Bansali's Saawariya, made a statement that she does not find

him sexy. Not only that, but she also said that during the shoot of Saawariya she did see Ranbir in all his nakedness and that's the extent he has to

go to, to be sexy. She also said that Ranbir needs a stylist and that he is a great friend but cannot be a good boyfriend. In fact she expressed surprise

that Deepika held on to him for so long.

Deepika, who had a two year long relationship with the Kapoor boy, too went all the way to take Ranbir's case as she said that he should endorse a condom

brand and work on his boyfriend skills. She too thought Ranbir isn't sexy and that she is glad that their relationship didn't workout eventually.

The constant jibes passed at Ranbir and the jokes made didn't go down too well with Ranbir's parents. Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh felt hurt. Though Neetu

Singh was on a holiday abroad, when she heard about the comments through a well wisher, she decided to talk it out with Karan on the phone.

Rishi was fuming as well as he thought that Karan had instigated the girls into giving such comments to increase the TRPs of the show. He felt that the

several times the Kapoors have gone on his show is out of pure love and respect while he has backstabbed them by coming out with an episode in such light.

Rishi candidly said that if this is the way KJo plans to behave, all ties will be severed between the Kapoors and KJo.

As far as the girls go, Rishi Kapoor felt that their comments were a case of sour grapes. His advice to them is to stop giggling so much and poking fun at

people and instead concentrate on their careers.

Karan on the other side claims that he isn't aware if anyone is upset, at least Ranbir isn't as he understands the vibe of the show and all is cool. Well! We

do doubt that.
