Bhumi Pednekar, the quintessential outsider has not only carved a niche for herself but also proved her mettle with an array of unconventional roles. Last year, she had us applauding for her role of a maid with no dialogues but emoting through her eyes and expressions in Netflix’s Lust Stories. Off-screen though, she is a poster girl for all the curvaceous girls out there by carefully developing a knack for drapes, silhouettes, fabrics, and cuts that flatter her petite frame.
Bhumi Pednekar kick-started the promotions of her upcoming film, Sonchiriya wearing a quirky printed number from Roopa. She was styled by Sukriti Grover of Style Cell.
The $1,050 silk organza ruffle hem relaxed fit dress also features a deep V-neckline and was from the Padma Resort m ‘19 collection.

The dress was cinched at the waist with a bold black belt.
Earrings from Minerali and black strappy heels were her accessories of choice.

Makeup artist Sonik Sarwate gave Bhumi a refreshing makeup of pink tinted eyelids, nude pink lips and delicately lined eyes. Hairstylist Seema Khan gave her a wavy hairdo.

Sonchiriya is an upcoming crime film that presents a rooted tale set in Chambal, directed by Abhishek Chaubey. Featuring Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana in lead roles, the film is scheduled for a release on 8 February 2019.
