Shreya Ghoshal, along with her parents Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal, has purchased a residential property in Mumbai’s Worli for a total value of Rs 29.70 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

As per the reports, the apartment is located in Godrej Trilogy, a premium residential development in the locality. The unit has a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq. ft. and a total area of 2,750.28 sq. ft., and includes three car parking spaces. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of Rs 1.78 crore, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
A Square Yards spokesperson said, “Worli continues to see sustained interest from high-net-worth individuals due to its connectivity and premium residential developments.” The locality is linked to key parts of Mumbai via the Bandra–Worli Sea Link and Annie Besant Road, and remains close to major business hubs such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Nariman Point.
The purchase reflects ongoing demand for high-value real estate in central Mumbai, particularly among industry professionals and public figures. While Ghoshal has not publicly commented on the acquisition, the deal places her among several celebrities investing in luxury housing in the area.
Shreya Ghoshal is known for her work across Hindi and regional film industries and has been active in playback singing for over two decades. She first gained recognition after winning a televised music competition and made her Bollywood debut with the film Devdas in 2002.
The transaction highlights continued activity in Mumbai’s premium property market, with Worli remaining a preferred destination for upscale residential investments.
