Shraddha Kapoor reviews Munjya; says, “Majaa Aali” as she exits the screening : Bollywood News

As Shraddha Kapoor gears up for the much-awaited release of Stree 2, the actress was recently seen attending the screening of the horror-comedy Munjya which is the latest addition to the Dinesh Vijan supernatural cinematic universe. The film starring Sharvari Wagh has been receiving appreciation for its good VFX and comic elements and it seems that our TJMM actress also had a gala time as she confessed her review of the film to the paps after the screening.

While Shraddha Kapoor was making her way to the car post the screening the actress was surrounded paparazzi as the latter was curious to know her review on the film. A thrilled Kapoor responded to them in Marathi, “Mast, Maja Aali (Amazing! It was super fun)” . Followed by that, she also engaged in a brief conversation with paps and expressed her surprise to see them so late in the night. She asked them if they don’t have to sleep, to which the paps too lovingly responded that they were waiting for her.

For the unversed, Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree kicked off the Dinesh Vijan Supernatural horror comedy cinematic universe which includes films based on horror folklores. After Stree, the makers also continued adding films to this universe which included Janhvi Kapoor starrer Roohi, Varun Dhawan starrer Bhediya and Sharvari Wagh starrer Munjya being the latest addition. It is also being said that Varun had a special appearance in this recently released horror comedy, thereby binding the universe.

Speaking of Munjya, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the film stars Abhay Verma in the lead along with Sharvari Wagh as the leading lady, and Mona Singh in a key supporting role. The film released in theatres, on June 7.

On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor is gearing up for the release of Stree 2 which also stars Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and others. The film, directed by Amar Kaushik, is slated to release on August 30 this year.
