After entertaining viewers for several years with its shows and TV soaps, Zee TV is all set to host the annual celebration of Zee Rishtey Awards 2024. The grand extravaganza will celebrate the deeply cherished relationships that viewers have with their favourite Zee TV characters while awarding the finest work by the actors, directors, producers, creative teams, and technicians. And, this year, yet again Zee Kutumb will be coming together to celebrate familial bonds with a night full of splendid performances, lively banter, and light-hearted pranks.
As anticipation builds for this grand event, the spotlight shines brightly on the glamorous actress Shraddha Arya, who won the prestigious title of Most Stylish Woman. Her portrayal of Preeta in the popular show Kundali Bhagya has garnered widespread acclaim, and this accolade is an acknowledgment of her popularity as a style icon. As she expressed gratitude over receiving his honor, she went on to also thank her ex-co-star Dheeraj Dhoopar. For the unversed, the latter played the role of Karan Luthra in the same show who is also Preeta’s husband and is currently being essayed by Shakti Anand, after the twenty.year leap was introduced last year.
While receiving the award, Shraddha went on to praise Dheeraj for his stylish outfits on screen and off screen, professing how he always encouraged her to be on top of her fashion game. Shraddha Arya said, “Thank you so much Zee TV and Kundali Bhagya for this award. I am grateful to the stylists who work with me to select the perfect clothes and jewellery. I thought I had been putting in a lot of hard work for years and no one noticed, but I was wrong. Thank you, Zee Rishtey Awards, for recognising me as the Most Stylish Woman. I am immensely proud of this title. I also want to thank Dheeraj Dhoopar for his contribution as Karan in our show. Now, everyone will say that I always have to take his name during a special moment, and this time it is literally true. Every time I would see Dheeraj come out in new outfits for a new scene, I used to be like my clothes were not good enough. He was always super stylish, always made me compete, and be at the top of my game.”
Interestingly, Dheeraj Dhoopar also attended the award function since the actor is currently playing the lead role in the show Rabb Se Hai Dua. He got on to stage to share a cute moment with his former co-star and it is being said that Kundali Bhagya lovers will definitely dig this OG Karan Preeta reunion.
Zee Rishtey Awards will air on March 10, Sunay at 7 pm, exclusively on Zee TV.
