The much loved character of Preetha Luthra in Kundali Bhagya is expected to end very soon with the show taking a leap of about 20 years. Confirming the details in a recent post on social media, Shraddha Arya, the leading lady of the show, revealed about the two decade leap along with a series of pics. However, readers would also be aware that post the leap, Shraddha and Arjun aka Shakti Arora will be bidding adieu to the show which has left many fans upset.

In the recent plotline of the episode, after a lot of trials and tribulations, Preetha has tied the knot with Arjun aka Karan. Now taking the story ahead, Preetha will be pregnant and as per current reports, she will be delivering twins. While the couple will be thrilled to enter the new phase of their life, Arjun’s obsessive lover Anjali is plotting to avenge the happy duo. Giving us a glimpse of Preetha’s baby bump, Shraddha Arya also hinted about the 20 year leap in her recent Instagram post wherein she was seen posing with her onscre husband Shakti Arora. She captioned it saying, “Beware! Bump ahead… A 20year huge Bump in time ;) Stay tuned as it’s only gonna get bigger & better ?? #kundaliBhagya @zeetv @shaktiarora”.

Followed by this post, fans who are unhappy about Shraddha and Shakti quitting the show, expressed their disappointment and also dropped comments about missing them. “Next generation will always be remembered as #PreeJun legacy....the best couple of KDB”, said one of them. Yet another one commented, “Somebody stop them” and even added crying emojis. One other fan also expressed his sadness and even recalled the moment when Dheeraj Dhoopar quit the show as Karan Luthra. “If u both are leaving d show we r not going to watch it. Pehele DD gaya ab ap dono v jaoge to keise hoga,” added the fan.

While the leads post the leap is yet to be announced, reports have it that the makers are keen on roping in Paras Kalnawat of Anupamaa fame as well as Sana Sayyad of Spy Bahu fame.
