Sonam Kapoor however recently made a confession related to the show hosted by Karan Johar during an interview that will definitely leave everyone surprised.

Sonam Kapoor is a frequenter on the said show and has appeared in many seasons of the same. The actress recently stated that she hates Koffee With Karan. Yes, the actress told a magazine that often her tongue-in-cheek humourous statements are misrepresented and mistranslated as she holds STAR TV and their editing skills responsible. She further added that it is because of this that she is often considered as mean and her statements often come across as completely idiotic. However, she mentioned that when people meet her they soon realize that she isn’t like that at all.

For the uninitiated, let us remind you that Sonam Kapoor received backlash not only from the audience but also the Kapoor family when she made a few comments about Ranbir Kapoor and his relationship with women when she appeared on the show with Deepika Padukone. She also became a victim of trolls in the next season of the show when she appeared with paa Anil Kapoor wherein she took digs at Deepika Padukone and Parineeti Chopra. It was followed by twitteratis and netizens making nasty comments on the actress’ acting chops.

This time around however, Sonam Kapoor maintained a safe zone when she shared the couch with the then pregnant Kareena Kapoor Khan who will also be her co-star in the chick flick Veere Di Wedding.
