The day deserves a celebration, and the couple flew to Japan to gift themselves some perfect me-time amid the serenity of nature. This soon followed with Shilpa writing the sweetest anniversary note for the husband. She also shared a boomerang video of the two stealing a kiss, in the middle of a garden.

Shilpa, who is away from films for years now, is also set to make a comeback, with Sabbir Khan's Nikamma. Her last full-fledged film outing was the 2007 film Apne, after which she appeared in a special track in Dostana, in 2008.
