Keeping up with her tradition of sharing her fitness journey on social media, Shilpa took to her social media to post a clip of herself engaging in a challenging exercise that targeted both strength and core. Her dedication and commitment to her fitness routine left her fans in awe.

She looks impeccable in a black tank top, printed tights, trainers, and a ponytail, flawlessly executing the exercise routine. In her caption, she wrote, “Recipe for ABS OF STEEL:
- A bench for these body weight core exercises.
- Perform each exercise for 45 seconds in a circuit.
- Rest for 45 seconds & repeat for four rounds.
