Shekhar Suman reveals, “Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman were happy when they were together” after lashing out at the actress seven years ago

Shekhar Suman had accused Kangana Ranaut of doing black magic on Adhyayan Suman and he had also opened up about she mistreating his son.

While gearing up for the much-anticipated Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar coming from the house of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Shekhar Suman made some statements about Kangana Ranaut which left many surprised. For the unversed, seven years ago, during the highly popular Hrithik – Kangana feud, the actor had made some explosive statements about the Queen actress being involved in black magic. Now over half a decade later, the actor maintained that it was a bad phase of Ranaut and his son, and that they have moved on in their lives.

In an interview with ZoomTV, Shekhar Suman addressed the subject of Kangana Ranaut, who has recently forayed into politics. Interestingly, the Manikarnika actress is the member of the same political party that Suman supports. Opening about the changing dynamics of people around him, Shekhar maintained that he has left bygones be bygones and added, “We are not hanging on to it – neither the family nor Adhyayan. It was a phase in their life. Who are we to comment and judge? The biggest problem is when we become judgmental. We have gone on our way, and everyone is working towards their happiness and contentment. There is no point turning around or pointing fingers or saying, ‘this is right’ or ‘this is wrong.”

He continued, “Destiny has other roles to play, and you have to follow destiny. Kangana and Adhyayan were happy when they were together, and they went on their ways. It was destined to happen so there is no ill will and inimical feelings towards each other. Sometimes, things happen in the heat of the moment but one should look back with fondness.”

In an interview in 2016, Shekhar Suman had shared that his wife had found certain black magic elements in Adhyayan’s closet which led their priest to believe that the actor is under some kind of influence. Suman had also supported the claims by Adhyayan where the latter stated that Ranaut has even beaten him during their relationship.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan Suman are coming together to play Nawabs in Heeramandi where they are paired with Manisha Koirala and Richa Chadha respectively.
