We all remember how Salman Khan left the audience swooning with the track ‘Character Dheela Hai’ alongside Zareen Khan in the film Ready. Now, years later, Kartik Aaryan has decided to spin the same magic on the big screen with a recreated version of the same, titled ‘Character Dheela 2.0’, for his upcoming film Shehzada. While Salman has openly showered his love and support towards the song on social media, Kartik recently opened up about how the superstar reacted when he had spoken to him about the same.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Kartik Aaryan opened up about how Salman Khan was very supportive when he informed him about ‘Character Dheela 2.0’. In fact, the actor also added that Khan gave him a few tips too to help him with the dance of the track. He said, “When I got the opportunity do this song, it's a huge song and for me to get those best wishes also is a big deal, for the entire team actually. He really supported us with this song and it's a big deal. Right now, it's doing so well and wherever we are going, we are getting a positive response. Thanks to him that he supported the song.”

He went on to talk about how Salman even talked about the choreography for the song, adding, “Unhone mere vo niche baith ke wala jo step hai jisme piche jaa raha hu, uske ke liye bhi kuch toh bola tha (He said that the step where I sit down and go behind, he had told me something about it). He said that bahut dukhne wala step kar raha hai (that step is really going to be painful for you), in his own style. I really thank him for being supportive."

Shehzada is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo starring Allu Arjun. The Hindi version features Kriti Sanon as the leading lady along with Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, Sachin Khedekar, among others playing pivotal roles.
