“I was shaking by the end of it”- Sonam Kapoor shares her ‘scariest experience’ with Uber London

It looks like Sonam Kapoor did not have a pleasing experience with transport service provider Uber during her last ride. The actor took to Twitter and wrote that she had the ‘scariest experience’ while taking a ride.

“Hey guys I’ve had the scariest experience with @Uber london. Please please be careful. The best and safest is just to use the local public transportation or cabs. I’m super shaken,” she tweeted.

Concerned fans asked her what went wrong, and Sonam replied to one of them. “The driver was unstable and was yelling and shouting. I was shaking by the end of it,” she replied.

The actor, who is married to London-bases businessman Anand Ahuja, keeps shuttling between Mumbai and London, and isn’t new to the city and its transports.

Uber was prompt to reply, and apologised for the incident, asking for her contact detail. Sonam, however, responded saying she tried to raise a complaint on the app, but failed. “I tried complaining on your app, and just got multiple disconnected replies by bots. You guys need to update your system. The damage is done. There is nothing more you can do,” she wrote.
