Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are currently engrossed in the promotional spree for their forthcoming romantic drama, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Under the direction of Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film features an ensemble cast including veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles. During a recent press conference held in New Delhi, Shahid Kapoor opened up about his experience of working alongside these seasoned stars.

Expressing his reverence for Dharmendra, Shahid remarked, “To share screen space with him is an honour. He is very loving and charismatic. Whenever he meets you, there's love in his hug. I just want his blessings. I have many scenes with him in the film. He plays my grandfather.”

Reflecting on his collaboration with Dimple Kapadia, Shahid expressed his admiration, stating, “I don’t think there could be a better cast than this and we just wanted Dimple Ma'am to say yes to this role and luckily she did. Because I don't think anyone else could've done this role. She plays my 'Maasi' in the film, I have a lot of scenes with her.”

He further added, “I enjoyed it a lot and I feel fortunate to share the screen space with those whom we have seen from our childhood and learned a lot from them, today we are working with them. We are very fortunate to be there.”

In Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Shahid portrayd a robotics engineer who develops affection for Kriti Sanon's character, Sifra, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) female robot. The movie delves into the complexities of an impossible love story set in the uncharted territories of Artificial Intelligence.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar, the film has already generated anticipation with the release of its official trailer and three tracks, including ‘Laal Peeli Akhiyaan’, ‘Akhiyaan Gulaab’, and the title track, all of which have received good responses from the audience.
