As the Indian film industry ushers in a new era, 2024 is set to be a landmark year with a fresh wave of star kids stepping into the limelight. As audiences await these releases, the excitement is palpable. The industry is on the cusp of a new dawn, with the next generation ready to make their mark. From Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan to Saif Ali Khan - Amrita Singh's son Ibrahim Ali Khan, an array of celebrity kids are set to put their best foot forward.
Aaryan Khan
Leading the pack is Aaryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, dubbed as the 'King of Bollywood'. After his sister's debut with The Archies in 2023, Aryan is also set to make a grand entry to the entertainment industry. Aryan is not opting for a debut as an actor but as a writer and a director for Red Chillies Entertainment's project Stardom for Netflix. Showcasing the glamorous life of Bollywood, the series will feature Mona Singh with cameo appearances of Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, and Bobby Deol.
Ibrahim Ali Khan
Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, and brother to Sara Ali Khan, is stepping into the industry with a thriller drama. With his lineage and a family background steeped in acting, Ibrahim's debut is keenly awaited. The film Sarzameen marks his debut in the industry alongside Bollywood star Kajol and Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran, directed by Boman Irani’s son Kayoze Irani. Following this, he will headline his next project, a romantic comedy starring alongside Sridevi's daughter Khushi Kapoor.
Shanaya Kapoor
Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, is making her debut with Mohanlal's Vrushabha. Earlier expected to debut with Bedhadak which was set to explore young love with a fresh perspective, but the project was kept on the backburner. Now, she is gearing up for a film with the Malayalam legend.
Rasha Thadani
Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani is also set for her Bollywood debut this year. She is paired with Ajay Devgn's nephew Aaman Devgan in Abhishek Kapoor's directorial venture.
Junaid Khan
Aamir Khan's eldest son Junaid Khan will make his Bollywood debut in Aditya Chopra’s Maharaj. He is set to star alongside Sharvari Wagh, Jaideep Ahlawat and Shalini Pandey, with a storyline reportedly focused on the 1962 Maharaj Libel Case. He will also turn producer with a film titled Pritam Pyaare, which has a cameo appearance of Aamir Khan.
Pashmina Roshan
Pashmina Roshan, daughter of music director Rajesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan’s cousin, will make her debut with the sequel to Ishq Vishq titled Ishq Vishk Rebound. She will be joined by Rohit Saraf, Jibraan Khan and Naila Grewal. Reports also suggest she has been roped in to star in Hero No. 1 opposite Tiger Shroff.
Ahaan Panday
Actor Chunky Pandey's nephew and Ananya Pandey's cousin Ahaan Pandey has reportedly signed a film with Yash Raj Films, though details are under wraps. He was most recently an assistant director on Yash Raj Entertainment's Netflix series The Railway Men.
Aaman Devgan
Ajay Devgn's nephew Aaman Devgan is also gearing up for his Bollywood debut. He has been cast opposite Rasha Thadani, Raveena Tandon's daughter. The action adventure is set to be directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor.
