The latest episode of Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan, turned into a trip down memory lane for Bollywood fans when Aamir Khan appeared alongside his son, Junaid Khan, to promote the latter’s upcoming film Loveyapa. The rare appearance of the two Khans on screen together sparked nostalgic chatter about their iconic 1994 comedy Andaz Apna Apna, a cult classic that remains beloved to this day.

During the episode, Aamir spoke about a heartfelt moment when he recently discovered a video of Salman praising him. “I had never seen that video before, and I watched it now after 30 years. He (Salman) praised me with so much love in the clip,” Aamir shared, visibly touched by Salman’s kind words.

However, the camaraderie between the two megastars wasn’t always so warm. Salman revealed a lesser-known story about their rocky relationship during the filming of Andaz Apna Apna. Speaking candidly, he said, “I have seen that interview where he (Aamir) complained that I used to come late on set.”

Expanding on the rift, Salman added, “Aamir had said, ‘We never got along. Last day pe chhutkara, iske saath toh main life mein kabhi kaam nahi karunga. (Finally, it’s over. I’ll never work with him again).’” The revelation left fans stunned as the on-screen chemistry between the duo had always seemed effortless.

Aamir, however, acknowledged the past with a smile and admitted that his views had since evolved. “That was my feeling at the time, but now my feelings have changed. With time, I have grown to appreciate who Salman is. It just took me some time to understand,” Aamir said.

This heart-warming reconciliation not only delighted fans but also underscored the maturity and mutual respect the two stars have developed over the years. While the two haven’t shared screen space since their Andaz Apna Apna days, their mutual admiration and the affection on display during the episode left fans hoping for a reunion on the big screen someday.
