Rubina Dilaik opens up about her post-Covid-19 recovery; says she felt ‘really uncomfortable’ 19 : Bollywood News

Bigg Boss 14 winner and ace television actress Rubina Dilaik is very much in the news nowadays. The actress remains on the headlines for her glamorous pictures on Instagram and her music videos. Back in April-May this year during the second wave of Covid-19, Rubina also tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Post that she went on recovery and quarantined herself for more than 15 days.

Well even after recovering, Covid-19 leaves several other side effects on the body and one of its effects being weight gain or loss. Rubina in her latest Instagram post revealed that how she gained 7 kgs during her Covid-19 recovery and how it bothered her confidence. Rubina also says that she's trying to accept and love herself again and that a lean body wouldn't define her.

Opening up about her recovery Rubina posted a couple of pictures of herself dressed in an off-shoulder beige coloured gown with tassels on the arms and on the floor-length tip. The gown also has detailing of fine thread work and glitters. While the deep neck was complimented by Rubina's sleek hairstyle.

In her caption, Rubina wrote a long note describing what's been the recovery for her. Her caption reads as "M Learning to love myself again after realising, a perfect , lean body doesn’t define who I am……

I gained 7kgs post my covid recovery which made me really uncomfortable and low on confidence! Struggled hard to get back to my usual 50 but …….. So here is to my beautiful people a lil nugget (which I am current practicing) ! Weight is all about having your health first and not your looks…. Be kind to your body ♥️”.
