Every actor craves to be a star and to have millions of crazy fans across the world. They desire to be mobbed and to have people desperate to catch their one glimpse. However, such kind of stature also has its share of drawbacks. Actors often complain that they can’t move anywhere in the city, like the aam junta. Several celebs have also sighed that enjoying pani puri or other such street side food also is next to impossible. Moreover, being always available for photograph and selfie requests can also get tiresome for them, especially when they are not in the right frame of mind.

Kartik Aaryan is one such actor who could relate to this aspect. He debuted in 2011 with the sleeper hit Pyaar Ka Punchnama. He gave a Rs. 60 crore grosser with Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015). His career got a boost with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), which crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark. His next films also worked and hence, his stardom and following increased considerably.

Kartik Aaryan is now gearing up for the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. During a media interaction held for the promotion of the horror comedy, he was asked if he misses the freedom to roam around anywhere, after becoming a rising actor. To which he said, “I miss the privacy while having dinner with friends and family in restaurants. Aisa nahi hai ki pani puri khaane ko nahi milta. Woh sab ho jaata hai! However, when I am dining out, people expect a photograph. They don’t get the point that if they click a picture with me, the others would also follow suit. Mera toh poora dinner ussi mein chala jaata hai (laughs)!”

How do his loved ones react to this invasion of privacy? To which, he replied, “My family and friends complain a lot. They don’t want to go out with me!”

Kartik Aaryan said that he had to make up for it when he went for a holiday to Goa with his pals. He said, “That’s why I was giving extra attention to my friends during our Goa trip. Main thak jaata hoon. Meanwhile, they complain that they cannot take me to happening places as I’ll get mobbed. Moreover, I never refuse if a fan asks me for a photograph. Unko problem yeh hoti hai ki main photo ke liye mana nahi karta hoon. So yeah, this is what I really miss.”

However, Kartik Aaryan is also blessed with the love showered by the fans and the public at large. “I am actually happy (with the popularity). It’s the people around me who get really worked up,” stated Kartik Aaryan and signed off on this topic.
