Following the release of the third single from his upcoming movie Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Ranbir Kapoor reached a promotional event on Wednesday to talk about his upcoming movie. The actor, who recently wrapped Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, was sporting a heavy beard. At the event, the actor spoke about the movies that impacted him last year and one of them was his wife, actor Alia Bhatt’s Gangubai Kathiawadi.
The actor told the audience in Chandigarh, “Teen films jinke performances mujhe impact kiya hai (The three films whose performances impacted me the most), Allu Arjun in Pushpa, Alia Bhatt in Gangubai Kathiawadi and I would say RRR. These three movies impacted me a lot as an audience. Even as an actor, it’s like wow, if I get characters like these, it would be so nice!”
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar starring alongside Shraddha Kapoor. The film is directed by Luv Ranjan, produced by Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, and presented by T- Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar. It is all set to have a festive release worldwide in cinemas on Holi, March 8, 2023.
