Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who have been in a relationship for a while, got hitched on April 14. The actors were keeping mum on their impending nuptials but on April 13, both Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji unveiled a teaser of the song 'Kesariya' from Brahmastra confirming that the two actors are getting married this week. The festivities began on April 13.

It is well-known fact that Ranbir Kapoor is a phenomenal actor and has been a part of some remarkable movies. He has worked with several Bollywood divas like Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and more. The Rockstar actor has had a rather more public love life and dated co-stars like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor and more. But, with Alia Bhatt, he’s had a long relationship which eventually turned into marriage.

Back when Ranbir Kapoor was promoting Sanju, he had expressed his desire to work with Alia. During an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ranbir was asked about an actress from the industry he always wanted to work with. He excitedly mentioned Alia Bhatt's name. He said, “I've always wanted to work with Alia, I've been a big fan of her before we started Brahmastra and I'm enjoying it.”

Bhramastra shooting was completed in March end of 2021 after five years. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding festivities went from April 13-17. The actors will also be seen on big screen together with Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film arrives in theatres on September 9, 2022.
