Rakul Preet Singh has been giving us some serious fitness motivation for a while now. Just a few days ago, she shared a video of herself, performing side-to-side moving squats. Definitely one of those workouts we dread. She's in no mood to stop, and has now done the most perfect plough pose.

The actor took to Instagram to share a photo of herself practicing yoga, under the supervision of her trainer Anushka Parwani. 'Today was one of my best yoga session! A mix of strength, stretch , postures , meditation and a kickass workout overall !!,' she wrote. She also showered praise on Anushka, crediting her for her 'most beautiful' mornings.
