On March 9 during Lakmé Fashion Week X FDCI, the flagship brand "Khadi India," owned by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), presented a collection as part of the sustainable fashion day. The event featured a multi-designer runway display that featured the "Khadi" fabric as well as Divyam Mehta, Suket Dhir, and Shruti Sancheti's Khadi collection. Khadi has taken part in Lakme Fashion Week three times, most recently in the year 2018. The Fashion Design Council of India was in charge of curating the Khadi India event (FDCI). Rakul Preet Singh, a well-known Bollywood actress, was the star of designer Shruti Sancheti's sustainable collection!

Rakul Preet Singh's wardrobe has a specific place just for modern fits. The actress enjoys travelling, even when she's busy attending events or promoting movies. Rakul holds on to her love while being on the runway. Recently, in collaboration with the Fashion Design Council of India, she became the showstopper for KVIC India, representing Shruti Sancheti at Lakme Fashion Week (FDCI). The actress looked lovely in a mukaish-embroidered trench made of delicate hand screen and block designs and indigo khadi silk. The contemporary co-ord set, which included a matching bustier and a panelled skirt with woven checks and a waist-high slit, was worn over the full-sleeved dress. Rakul chose a pair of beige sneakers to give her runway look a touch of comfort. A few strands of her unruly hair were left out in a ponytail, giving her face the ideal shape. Rakul completed the look with a little glam in nude tones.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rakul was last seen in Chhatriwali. Film aims at imparting a strong message on sex education. It released on Zee5. Rakul will be next seen in an untitled film with Bhumi Pednekar and Arjun Kapoor.
