Raghav Juyal practices boxing for Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer Yudhra : Bollywood News

From a choreographer to a reality show star to now a film star, Raghav Juyal, who was last seen as Salman Khan’s brother in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has shifted his focus to his next. Fans of the star may be aware that he will be seen in the action thriller Yudhra co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and produced by from Excel Entertainment. And now we hear that as a part of his prep, he has now taken up boxing.

Sources close to the actor have confirmed the same adding, “Raghav Juyal took intense boxing training to perform high octane stunts in this Excel Entertainment production, which is an out and out action film, making it first in this genre for the actor.” Talking about the same, Raghav also revealed that he has done in the past. He added, “I have taken up boxing in the past. But took a pause after that. However, when the film came to me, I resumed my training. It came in handy for the film. Yudhra is a marvelous action film and this skill set is added to the prep of my character.”

Talking about Yudhra, the film will feature Siddhant Chaturvedi as the lead along with Malavika Mohanan as the leading lady. In an earlier interview, Siddhant had described the film as an action entertainer that pushes boundaries. The film is helmed by Ravi Udyawar who has earlier directed Sridevi’s two-time National Award-winning film Mom. It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and the release date is yet to be finalized.

Raghav Juyal’s upcoming projects also include the web series Gyarah Gyarah with the Oscar winning producer Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment production which is a thriller film set to release on Zee5 soon. The show, which is a remake of the Korean drama Signal, also stars Kritika Kamra and Dhairya Karwa.
