R Madhavan clarifies rumours around him starring in Ratan Tata’s biopic, reveals truth about the poster : Bollywood News

Recently, there were rumours doing the rounds that actor R Madhavan will be playing the titular role in entrepreneur Ratan Tata's biopic. To add to the rumour, a poster of the biopic featuring R Madhavan also started doing the rounds on social media. The actor took to Twitter to clarify the rumours around the film.

A few days back, R Madhavan took to his Twitter handle and clarified that he is not part of any such film and has not even discussed any such project. Replying to a Twitter user who asked if it is true that the actor is going to play the lead role if Ratan Tata's biopic, Madhavan said that it is not true. His fan had asked, "@ActorMadhavan Is this true that You are gonna play a lead role in Ratan Tata Biopic?? If this happens it's gonna be a huge inspiration to many (sic)."

To which R Madhavan replied, "Hey unfortunately it’s not true. It was just a wish at some fans will made the poster. No such project is even on the pipeline or being discussed (sic)."

R Madhavan was last seen in the Teleugu-Tamil film Nishabdham opposite Anushka Shetty. The film was recently released on Amazon Prime Video. The actor will next be seen in Maara, which is a remake of the Malayalam film Charlie. The film will be released on Amazon Prime Video on December 19.
