Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has made significant progress since her early days in the entertainment industry. Following her success in Bollywood, she ventured into Hollywood to pursue a career in international films. Presently, Priyanka stands as a triumphant global star. However, during her initial days, she was a fearful individual who lacked connections in the Hindi film industry.

During an interview with Filmfare, Priyanka was questioned about the single piece of advice she would impart to her younger self. To which PeeCee replied, “I would say chill out. It’s not that bad. I used to take the smallest things very seriously. I’m a Cancerian and I’m sensitive, so I would go into my shell. I used to get hurt emotionally. It made it hard for me to get up and go to work because I used to feel such a burden after any failure or any lost opportunity.”

Reflecting on the past, Priyanka Chopra fondly reminisced about the initial stages of her career. She said, “Especially, in my early 20s when I was first starting out in the film industry, I didn’t know anyone. I was a scared girl who came in and worked with some of the biggest stars who I grew up watching on TV. But I think that the one note I would give that girl is that you’re going to be okay. Smile a little more and enjoy the process.”

Meanwhile on the professional front, Priyanka was last seen in Amazon Prime series Citadel. It was produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO and showrunner David Weil. Alongside Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden, the 6-episode series featured Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville in pivotal roles. Her film Love Again released on May 12, featuring alongside Sam Heughan. She also has Heads of State and Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in her pipeline.
