Priyanka Chopra is UNICEF’s Global Goodwill Ambassador and has been working with them for the betterment of children around the world. The actress recently visited Ethiopia in May and shared many stories about the people and how they have inspired her. Now, Priyanka Chopra will be felicitated with Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball 2019 in December.
Priyanka Chopra took to her social media to thank UNICEF for bestowing her with the honour and wrote, “So incredibly humbled. Thank you @unicefusa for honouring me with the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in December! My work with @unicef on behalf of all the world’s children means everything to mer.. Here’s to peace freedom and the right to education.. #ForEveryChild.”

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra recently wrapped up her next film, Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink. The film, which also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim, is set to hit the screens on October 11, 2019.
