Sunny Deol, who is receiving rave reviews in theatres for Gadar 2, decided to give a glimpse to his fans about he celebrated India’s 77th Independence Day. He, along with his younger son Rajveer Deol, decided to take off to Mhow in Madhya Pradesh where he reveled in the patriotic atmosphere of the town and even received the honor of hoisting the Indian National Flag on this special occasion.
Moreover, Sunny Deol also posed with the Indian Army and also shared some valuable moments with the jawans and even their families. Moreover, Sunny was also seen interacting with school children and attending their special Independence Day function too. In fact, we hear that the Bollywood star also visited the famous Infantry Research Centre and Museum in town. Sunny decided to share some special photos from his Independence Day celebration on his social media and in a joint post with son Rajveer, he wrote, “Happy Independence Day to my fellow citizens! Love your nation and your family”. While his post received a lot of love from his fans, his brother Bobby Deol too dropped a special wish on the post.

Coming to Gadar 2, the patriotic drama is set in the 70s and revolves around the infamous Crush India Movement which had gained momentum in Pakistan during the era. The film marks the return of Anil Sharma as a director along with Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma reprising their roles of Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete after two decades.
On the other hand, Sunny Deol’s younger son Rajveer Deol is gearing up to make his big Bollywood debut later this year with Dono, under the Rajshri banner, alongside Paloma, daughter of Poonam Dhillon and Ashok Thakeria.
