The filmmaker, known for her outspoken nature, later deleted her initial tweet of condolence and posted a scathing critique of Pandey's actions. "Absolute disgrace & disservice to those battling the same - her included," she wrote, highlighting the potential negative impact on real individuals battling the disease.
