Responding to a fan's query about updates on Stree 2, Pankaj Tripathi shared a GIF from his popular scene in the web series Mirzapur. The GIF featured the words “Risk Hai” (It's a risk) and was accompanied by Pankaj's humorous addition, “Balak, kyun darna chahte ho?” (Child, why do you want to get scared?).

Stree 2, which commenced filming last year in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, where the first installment was also set, features a stellar cast including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee. The shoot is currently underway, and fans are eager to know what surprises and scares the filmmakers have in store for them.

The original Stree, released in 2018, was a surprise hit with its unique blend of horror and comedy.
