Filmmaker Mohit Suri has expressed his appreciation for the upcoming romantic musical Dilkashi, adding to the early buzz surrounding the project. Announced as part of the Amazon Prime Video slate on March 19, the film has already begun to attract attention within the industry.
Taking to Instagram, Suri shared the film’s poster and described it as a promising start for a new production venture. “No better way to kickstart your production house than with a true romantic musical, backed by fresh talent and music by the legendary @arrahman,” he wrote. He also congratulated director Lijo Jose Pellissery and the film’s lead actors, Abhay Verma and Zahan Kapoor, adding that he “can’t wait for Dilkashi.” Responding to the filmmaker’s post, Abhay Verma acknowledged the support, commenting, “Very happy to be a part of your first Sahil sir! Thank you for treating me like your own”.

Dilkashi is directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery and features a relatively fresh cast, with Abhay Verma and Zahan Kapoor leading the narrative.
